Black Rock Studios massive experience in the racing genre is very evident here and the chance to focus their experience on a fun arcade racer has resulted in a very slick game with enjoyable handling.

Pulling off stunts encourages a "just one more" greed factor, it looks great and runs very smoothly and is extremely well polished.

The boost and trick system is simple but effective, both come in three stages and the more stunts you pull, the more access you get increasingly difficult stunts.

Complete enough tricks at the higher level and you can perform a character specific "Super Stunt"

The main thing about this game is that it is a lot of fun to play.

Quad bikes do not enjoy the best of reputations in the real World, as we all know, they can be dangerous and people have been injured using them, therefore, it is initially surprising that the four wheeled motorbike is the subject of this new game.

Withing minutes of of roaring off the start lin in World Tour mode, any doubts about the wisdom of confining the action to a vehicle more popular with farmers than formula 1 drivers, disappears over the horizon as quickly as the opposition.

In short, this is a master class in doing something simple, as well as possible. All that matters on this comparatively small canvas is how good it looks and how well it plays. The answer in both cases is absolutely blooming marvellous.
